General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between Riad Les Hirondelles and the client, as well as the conditions applicable to any reservation made through the website riad-leshirondelles.com, whether the reservation is made directly by the client or through a partner distributor.
2. Legal Capacity
The reservation of services offered on riad-leshirondelles.com is reserved for individuals legally capable of entering into contracts under Moroccan law.
3. Acceptance of Conditions
The client acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale presented on riad-leshirondelles.com and declares accepting them without reservation.
4. Reservation
The client may make their reservation online via the dedicated form available on the website. The reservation is considered closed upon receipt of the reservation confirmation email sent by the riad.
5. Rates
The rates related to the reservation of services are indicated before and at the time of booking. Rates are confirmed to the client inclusive of all taxes, in Euro currency (EUR), and are only valid for the period indicated on the site.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by credit card, or any other means proposed on the site.
7. Cancellation and Modification
We offer 2 cancellation policies depending on the chosen rate plan.
For all flexible rate plans, the policy is defined as follows:
- If canceled up to 1 day before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For all rate plans with prepaid conditions, the policy is defined as follows:
- The customer must make a prepayment of the total amount of the reservation.
8. Obligations of the Riad
Riad Les Hirondelles commits to providing the accommodations and services reserved by the client and to meeting the quality standards announced on its website.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech.
